Marc Trajan, MBA, FACHE, has joined Genie Health as Senior Vice President of Operations. In this newly created role, he will have various operational and financial responsibilities, to include leading operational performance and growth for the company. 

Mr. Trajan has a proven record of accomplishments, which extends more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, delivering sustainable performance improvement in myriad healthcare settings, including ambulatory care, medical group administration, and surgical services.   Most recently, he held leadership roles in some of the largest for-profit and not-for-profit academic medical centers, including Trinity Health, and HCA, Inc.  He has also served in client advisory leadership roles with the big four accounting and consulting firm, Ernst & Young.  

As a highly accomplished executive with diversified healthcare experience, he has provided leadership solutions as a trusted advisor and as a strategic thinker to large and mid-size organizations.  He has demonstrated a personal commitment to learning, developing people, and to leading teams with a focus on customer experience, financial and operational performance. 

Mr. Trajan received his undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration from St. John’s University where he also earned his MBA, from The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). In 2019, he was one of six to earn the prestigious designation of Thomas. C.
